Get ready for your least favorite vegetable to become your favorite microgreen! Endlessly versatile, broccoli microgreens have a relatively neutral flavor profile which makes them an excellent base for any salad or a valuable addition to almost any dish.
Much like cilantro, you either hate arugula or you love it. Intensely flavored, arugula microgreens pack a tangy, peppery and slightly nutty punch.
Similar to broccoli in appearance with slightly bigger leaves but don't let that fool you! Daikon radish is without a doubt the 'hot sauce' of the microgreens world. Packs a solid spice that tastes of freshly made horseradish.
Resplendent in a deep purple with some green accents, rambo radish truly catches the eye. The 'Medium" to Daikon's 'Hot' still has some heat but is definitely a bit milder.
Mildly sweet with a robust crunch, pea shoots are aur champion grower and super versatile with many different kinds of foods. Also, they are a significant source of plant protetin!
Great for snacking, tastes like a sunflower seed! These greens have a hearty almost meaty texture which really makes you feel like you are eating something more substantial than a leafy green.
Part of the cabbage family, kohlrabi is mild and slightly sweet. Similar to broccoli it is one of our more neutral flavor profiles making it very versatile with all kinds of foods. With beautiful purple stems Kohlrabi also makes for a beautiful garnish.
Less bitter than its mature full-grown version, kale microgreens have a strong and hearty, earthy flavor.
Looks like green grass, tastes like orange carrot. Pretty amazing.
