Microgreens are extremely versatile and pair with all kinds of foods hot and cold. Of course they are wonderful in salads but we like to preach versatility and encourage everyone to just follow their own culinary instincts.
Some radish or arugula can add a little bit of punch and take the place of crushed red pepper or just add some broccoli or kale to add some health to your splurge of carbs and cheese.
Forget lettuce! Many different varieties of greens are a great substitute to add some zip, texture and nutrition.
Becaused of their high nutrient density, microgreens are a perfect addition to any smoothie for a healthy boost.
Forget those boring carrot sticks! Carrot microgreens go great with wings and bleu cheese.
